Every motor is identified off the nameplate and gets a baseline electrical test before anything is touched, which drives the diagnosis: winding, mechanical, or both. Teardown follows, with a controlled burn-out oven for rewinds and a full degrease of every component. The repair itself matches the motor's original electrical design on a rewind, or covers bearings, shaft work, and seals on a mechanical job.
Balancing, reassembly, final test
After any rotor work, the rotor gets dynamically balanced before reassembly, since even small imbalance becomes vibration and early bearing wear later. Reassembly follows specified bearing fits and torque values. Every motor then goes through the same no-load run, insulation and polarization index, surge comparison, and vibration check described in a UIG test report. Nothing ships without passing.
Seeing it yourself
Reading the steps is one thing. Watching a rotor go into a burn-out oven or seeing a winding get formed by hand is another.
